DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders within Chile are shipped via Starken using a freight collect service, with delivery available either to the customer’s address or a Starken branch.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders have an estimated processing time of 10 to 15 business days to be prepared and dispatched by BALAGA. This timeframe may be shorter depending on product availability.

Once an order has been handed over to Starken, the carrier’s transit and delivery period begins. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination city or region, as well as other circumstances related to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Domestic orders are shipped using Starken’s freight collect service, meaning that shipping costs must be paid directly by the customer to Starken upon delivery or collection of the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.

If you cannot find your tracking information, please check your inbox and spam or junk folder first. You may also request it by contacting us at balagablgcontact@gmail.com or through our Instagram account @balagablg.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

BALAGA international orders are shipped from Chile via CorreosChile, using its International Parcel (Encomienda Internacional) service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country or region and the weight assigned to the order. For international shipping rates, orders are calculated according to the weight brackets established by CorreosChile, starting at 1 kg.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are 20–30 business days, starting from the date the package is received and processed by CorreosChile.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, periods of high shipping demand, or other circumstances beyond BALAGA’s control.

BALAGA cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has been handed over to the postal service.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

BALAGA has no control over these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance, as they are subject to the customs laws and regulations of each destination country.
