SIZE EXCHANGES

You may exchange your item for a different size within 7 business days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a size exchange.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, please send photos showing the defect to balagablgcontact@gmail.com.

Our team will contact you to arrange the return of the defective item and coordinate a replacement or refund.

RETURNS IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

You may return an item that does not meet your expectations within 7 business days of receiving your order.

• The item must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• You will receive a refund for the full value of the product.
